Shipping policy

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

All orders under $75 ship for $7.99 flat rate

All orders $75 or more ship free.

A tracking number will be provided for each order.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their address is correct. Handmade By Karlee will verify address with USPS prior to creating shipping label for your order. Handmade By Karlee reserves the right to correct shipping address based on verification.

Once an item is shipped it is out of my hands. Handmade By Karlee is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Buyer must submit claim with USPS for reimbursement. 

Items returned to sender as Undeliverable due to incorrect address can be reshipped for $7.99 fee or returned with a 10% restocking fee deducted from refund.

Local Pickup is available at 1712 Sentinel Dr, Chesapeake, VA using code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Pickup times vary, but are available 7 days a week at the discretion of the seller. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled with a 15% restocking fee.
